Salaries and commission structure are below average. They do try and make up for this by offering many ways to make money with them over the long term. Like profit sharing and buying company stock. For some, that does the trick. For others, they want all that and to get paid well.

Pay is not competitive, hesitant to do things differently/modernizing (I.e. allowing employees to work remote full-time if they want, honest and frequent communication at all levels, diversity, equity, and inclusion)
