      Pros

      Medical Benefits are decent compared to some.

      Cons

      Micro management. Unequal distribution of tasks. Unequal treatment of departments by management. No open door policy. HR is impotent. Shady business practices in inventory, lying to customers, and lying to employees.

      Cons

      Workers opporate forklifts while under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. Racist comments are made with little or no investigation by HR. Very few of the many sexual harrasers have been terminated. No seniority based promotion system. Minorities deemed unqualified for higher pay and positions inspire of qualifications.
