Not flexible with schedules and WFH was out of the question. Very top heavy and management success focused.

The culture at Graybar is traffic, great benefits, as well as retirement options being an Employee Owned company.

Cons

The Salt Lake location has had some growth challenges over the last 10 years. Some of it is due to poor management decisions, but mainly it's due to misconceptions in the market place.
