The pay is subject to how much gross margin dollars you can produce in 2 years however this is never explained pre-employment. After 2 years, if you are not producing enough GM dollars to match your current base salary (on the corresponding GM / BASE SALARY chart) then your salary will be dropped to the GM dollars you are producing. In my case, that was almost $50k drop. None of this is explained ahead of time.
