Pros

After about 10 years, the shares start being worth it. It seems everyone has started in the warehouse and moved up.

Cons

Segregated office and warehouse. Everybody spends more time finding somebody to blame than figuring out a solution. Many people go to competitors because of weak pay for all that is done

Pros

Graybar Electric is an excellent place to start your career. Most people in this company stay with the company for over 20 years.

Cons

Graybar electric is your typical sales company. When sales are slow, it can be very boring to work here.

Pros

Graybar Electric has good benefits. In my opinion, the work hours are good for my situation. My work hours are noon until 9pm or no later than 10pm Mon. thru Fri. no weekends.

Cons

There are too many cons to list them all but management treat the employees like kids, the pay sucks and the plant manager walks around watching everybody like we're in prison. The morale is on the floor and half of the people working there are looking for another job.
