Pros

Great people to work with. Employee owned company, so great stock opportunity.

Cons

Pay is not great. Outside sales reps are forced into paying for company vehicle.

Pros

Big Company. Lots of opportunity for advancement

Cons

Pay is absolutely abysmal for the amount of work and responsibility you are given. They like to add multiple responsibilities to your role with no change in title or increase in pay. Strict 8-5 hours with no flexibility. Boring company culture.

Pros

Good benefits, stock purchase, pension, decent vacation and persona days plus sick time. Large, stable company. Locations across the country

Cons

Depending on department it is very rigid and old fashioned. Too much middle management. No flex time or work from home. Outdated ways of thinking. Lower salary compared to similar companies.
