Pros

Good company to work for, good work-life balance. Overall a good experience and a sense that management cares for their employees. They have a good training program that allows you flexibility to engage in it.

Cons

There are a few cons - They are often unorganized and sloppy in their execution - They tend to promote based on "likability" instead of merit and performance.

Pros

Great for a short term job. Just don't expect competitive rates or respect.

Cons

Hired on promises they never kept. They do not appreciate their employees and seem lost in the market. Managers need to learn how to treat employees with respect or customer for that matter.

Pros

Great benefits, profit sharing, private stock options, standard vacation, room for growth

Cons

Micromanagement, very old school company (extremely by the book), not as progressive as others in the industry
