Pros

Benefits are very good, especially the retirement benefits. PTO is ok but management has been very flexible and open to time off requests.

Cons

Some difficulty in moving across departments to move up in the organization. Pay is a little lower and management constantly states this is because of the benefits we receive.

The atmosphere is fairly laid back. Most management figures have a genuine respect for the workers. Many advancement opportunities if you are deserving.

Some roles can be undefined. Large company with many procedures and potential red tape that accompanies many simple tasks. past

One of the few companies that sticks to traditional values and thrives as a result. Excellent career growth potential. World Class SAP Technology Platform drives huge productivity gains. Excellent total compensation package built for long term loyalty.

Cons

Lack of global presence can be an issue with customers seeking a global platform. Developing a partnership with a non competing global partner could provide significant growth potential.
