Very sexist company to work for. Women are not paid the same as men. Promotions come easy for men. Pay is not great regardless. Too many young people working there with zero work ethic. Older employees are pushed out so younger less expensive people can be hired. If you are middle age do not think of working for this company

Clueless manipulative dishonest management from top down. Flat lined earnings for years. Millions spent on failed new initiatives that are not tested properly or clearly thought out. Hiring of green employees then layoffs of hundreds of experienced employees within months. Managers that have false sense of real world because they have never worked anywhere else. Literally licked boots up the ladder. Success of Sales/Order Takers is predicated on the accounts assigned, NOT sales ability.
