Pros

Good opportunity to learn about a lot of products. Good place to work right out of high school-promote from within.

Cons

Horrible pay, commission only paid 1x yr and must make quota for entire year. Travel Mon-Thur required, must pay for gas then get re-imbursed at low rate. Lost money on gas re-imbursement.

Pros

Benefits, People, Employee Ownership (Stock)

Cons

People that are promoted to mangement are done so based on preformance not on if they have the right qualities. Lack of training for staff, lack of communication of direction from management, meetings about nothing useful to the worker, management beats employees into submission without anything good to say. As an inside sales rep you spend more time being a CSR then you do selling, then get pounded by management for not selling enough. Pay is TERRIBLE, and so is sales compensation TERRIBLE. Management only gives top accounts to reps they want them to go to not people that deserve them, all top accounts for 2 reps out of a 14 rep sales staff can you say fishy, also goes along with poor management of people. I am serious do not waste your time selling for this company it is a joke, I can make more selling at Home Depot.

Pros

Great family environment. Everyone works together and gets along. People pitch in as necessary to really get things accomplished. Usually opportunities for overtime. Pretty good pay, and profit sharing was a big plus. 95% of the time super busy which makes time fly, and when things slow down it's pretty fun and nice to get a little break.

Cons

Warehouse was generally short staffed, and head office did not want to hire more people. This meant it was hard to even take your breaks because people were stretched thin. Lots of times it would be hard to leave on time because of this. Also made it hard to schedule time off as they needed to have enough staff working at any given time.
