Pros

Great customers, understanding management, caring company. Example if you have children you're not scolded for needing to rush home to a sick child. I think that is so important at a job. To recognize as employees we do have lives outside of work. Because of this it makes you only want to work harder for them.

Cons

Needs better training for employees, and acknowledge the hard work some employees put in even if the branch doesn't make money it doesn't mean we didn't work our butts off to try meet the targets set out. The company as a whole did make money year end, a lot of money. Poor price points from manufactures made it hard to win jobs.

pay (however, not horrible but takes a long time to get ahead and get paid your worth) lots of gossip, never feel safe to share personal info with superiors
