Pros
If you do good work here, it does get noticed and you will be rewarded with the privilege of working on special projects, get promotions, etc. Going above and beyond gets recognized by management and it matters. The benefits and employee ownership culture are also wonderful, and I have worked with some really fantastic people here.
Cons
A little slow to change (especially with technology) but you can tell that we are starting to realize it's important and move a little more quickly.
