Pros

Employee-owned company offers great financial opportunity. Good benefits package. Generous severance package.

Cons

When I was there, I noticed there were basically two employee cohorts: long-term employees and new employees. There were very few in between. I think like any large organization, your experience depends a great deal upon your work group. Unfortunately, I have never worked with a more unpleasant group. I about did cartwheels the day I was laid off, even though it meant I was back on the job search. The severance I received was very generous considering the length of time I was there.

Pros

Work hours good. No overtime. Good benefits.

Cons

Management has no people skills. Put themselves above with no respect for employees, especially older employees. Cannot see how they win so called best employer awards. Must buy off papers and magazines. Left because of Christian beliefs. Constant cussing, disrespect for women and older male employees. Ones that work mistreated the worst. Revolving door in managers office. Tattling constant.
