Employee owned company with excellent leadership. Focused on sustainable growth and market share. Vast distribution logistics network allows company to leverage national inventory.

Cons

Compartmenalized silos can make it a challenge to move quickly in serving customer. With greatest competition being the local distributor the company needs to continue to finds ways to be the leader in the local markets

Very supportive within the branch and with other branches in California. Tons of experts on site to help. Customers are genuinely nice.

Cons

Supportive team within the branch and some outside branches. No support from branches out of state!! Frustrating when you have jobs out of state.

Pros

The people in all areas of the company are great, and the company focuses on promotion within, and the benefits are top tier.

Cons

Speed of growth is slow, the compensation structure changes frequently and so does management. The industry is a slowly adopting industry and can go into lull at any time.
