Pros

There are many decent vendor trainings that they host or send you to. Graybar has good benefits, company car, laptop and cell phone.

Cons

The pay wasn't great. Locked in to a low salary for a couple years, then give you extreme budgets to get too. Pay doesn't reflect amount of margin dollar sales. Not a lot of support. Some management is lacking. Many unnecessary meetings.

Pros

It has been helpful to my career in allowing me to gain work experience and build a network within my career field. People with long tenure with the company have a wealth of knowledge that can be beneficial to someone just starting out.

Cons

pay, non-existent work-life balance, "good old boys" network - promotions given not by how you perform but who you know
