Pros

Benefits are extremely competitive . I'm not sure where you will find better. PTO starts at 2 weeks plus Five sick days and three flute days. Fun environment as long as you get on the right team - could be just opposite if you're on the wrong team

Cons

This department as about as corrupt as it gets . I've heard the rest of Graybar is great. The CARD department is a waste of time. DONT DO IT. There are some good people stuck there. They deserve so much more but will never get it .

Pros

The company devoted a lot of time to training for the position and their SAP program.

Cons

Supervisors allowed some new employees to constantly talk/ask questions throughout the day, but others barely got an answer when the need arose. Guess who were the ones who were let go during "down-sizing"?
