I left Graymont for a large chemical company 7 years ago. I have recently returned. The company has excellent technical expertise. It is a professional and fun workplace. There are high but fair expectations, which drives people to achieve. I have found the company to be ethical in the way they treat people. The people I work with are smart and engaged. There is a strong culture of collaboration that is driving innovation.

Cons

I really have nothing bad to say. I returned to this company for a reason.
