Pros

Company has a small feel to it at the plants. The plants are very tight knit and look out for each other.

Cons

The corporate side is a little disconnected and don't really feel like part of the team.

Had the tools needed to do my job; great pay and benefits; given a lot of freedom to do my job the way I felt was best; welcoming people in the offices

Cons

Training could have been better in the beginning, as well as better explanations of my job and full scope. Raises were quite minimal compared to annual review ratings.

Everyone was very approachable yet professional and it was a wonderful place to work and I did receive increases each year.

Cons

I can't remember anything I didn't like there - great holiday pay and decent time off and great pay and great people
