Pros

Company takes very seriously their values and their mission which easily I identified as my own values. Training is amazing. People are great. Salary is comparable and reasonable benefits. I love working for Graymont and this company culture is exactly the place that I wanted to work for. The company takes protecting the environment very seriously. Management listens to employees. I feel valued as an employee and this motivates me to always go the extra mile.

Greedy and paranoid manger, wouldn’t recommend to be in any part of the IT team

Bad and unhealthy work environment, chaos and no standard procedures, blames always fall on the regular employees while upper management enjoy all the perks

Pros

The lime industry is stable compared to the industry my last employer was in, so there isn't a concern about what is going to happen with the company around the next corner. The leadership is also very strategic and forward thinking so they aren't happy to rest on their laurels. The company has aggressive growth plans that I think are very achievable and because it's still a relatively small company, there are lots of opportunities to grow and develop.

Cons

The company is dispersed throughout North America and New Zealand. My role requires a lot of travel, which I'm not a fan of. Luckily, after a while, I've been able to manage my travel so that it's not as much as when I first started.
