Pros

Workplace flexibility, not too many egos, strong professional relationships, strong leadership and friendly atmosphere

Cons

Scope of expectations of some roles isn't realistic. Some stretched way too far, whereas others don't have enough work. Salaries tend to be on low end for long term employees. They won't share what your salary is benchmarked against.
