I have been working as a software developer in the organization since the past 1.5 years, and I must say my experience has been wonderful. The management stands by its employees, especially during tring times like these. They even gave a special pandemic bonus apart from the normal bi-yearly bonus. 1. Approachable management, the CEO holds regular meetings and even catches up with small groups of employees to check on them. 2. Regular events, even virtually. 3. Bi annual bonuses and appraisals 4. Appreciation for your work through star performers 5. Constant support during COVID
Cons
Parking was a hassle when we used to go to the office. Can't think of any other apart from that.
