So they hired this manager 8-9 months ago and within this time frame 7-8 Qa's left the company and other 5-6 Qa's are on notice period. he's so abusive and sexist that he thinks that women can't do anything and his team should consist only male employees. he doesn't know how to talk with the teammates and does backbiting all the time for every team member. he will talk so good about you on the face and within the few minutes he will talk bad about you behind your back. he has completely made a mess of such a good team. before him the team was working so good and there was a unity in the team and when he joined this company he started breaking the team. he started the backbiting about the qa lead and said very unprofessional words about her behind her back. now the qa team is divided into 4-5 small teams. 2-3 senior members of the team are his boot lickers and he made them happy by giving them the awards in annual meet. he has literally destroyed the very good team. it feels so pity that one guy came and made a mess of the team. I just want to tell him that karma doesn't spare anyone. what goes around comes around.

Even though the company has good clients and a friendly environment. Still there is a guy who doesn't want the company or its employees to grow. This guys is so biased towards male employees and has some sort of special liking towards them as for the female employees there is no scope for climbing the ladder in the organisation due to his egoistic character. I really fail to understand why people like him cant stand to see the opposite gender grow and thrive in the society . Such a bad behaviour towards the employees work and effort. such condescending behaviour it makes people just leave the company even with the facilities provided. Such a person sharing employees details from one company to another should be fired and put behind bars. No one knows , just like employee details, if he might be sharing other company details as well for inside trading. Really shameful to put such a review about someone but a person who plays with the carrier of others does not deserve to live. If the company is thriving for growth and business i would suggest please fire this guy.
