      Pros

      - Good projects that have a lot of opportunities - work life balance - gym facilities - off and on trainings for growing both your career and individuality. - mostly make you a good team player.

      Cons

      - As they have 2 offices so it becomes difficult to manage if you have dilverability to be full filled at both ends. - canteen facility and area not good.

      I work as a Web designer at the Gurgaon office. And I have not posted any bad review for this company as mentioned in review with the title "We are IT employees, not labourers". Someone else has put it and this must be checked Regarding Grazitti, I am working here for the last 4 years and honestly, it is the best company I have worked with ever. - Great management and very friendly people - The work environment is simply the best I have ever seen - Timely bonus and healthy growth for the hard-working people - Good opportunities to visit abroad sometimes. Though I am also serving Notice period here but that is only for growth reasons, nothing else
