Most people have been here since 8-10 years.Old employees understand the organization and don't want to leave.They provide you numerous oppurtunities and let u take initiatives.Job stability is most here.I came from clicklabs which had hire and fire policy but now I am happy with my role.There are various interactions and onsite travel is one of the pro.They ensure you are fairly paid .If you need financial when you are going through tough time,they provide all possible help.They condone your leave without pay in many situations

Good working environment benefits like subsidized lunch, Gym memberships. A company gives you time for learning . There are many employees who have completed the decade / 5 years in the company I think the work culture that is provided by Grazitti is hardly available in any company in India. The recent parent day meet was a good initiative which connected us emotionally with our parents. If we talk about the work-life balance there are tea-coffee breaks excluding the lunch part, ample leaves, as well as management understand the problem and give you more leaves off the record. This is the first company where I have witnessed that employer is asking you to manage the other pillars of life and not consider work as the first priority in life. If you see so many people completing 5 years in the organization, it is obvious that the company is just like home. Else, no one these days spend 5 years in any org.
