      Grazitti provides impetus to my working side Open door policy of the management and CEO (no restrictions or second thoughts about sharing your opinions directly with the company's owner) Sea of technologies for everyone and diverse background Friendly atmosphere and good infrastructure Monday morning dips (To kick off the Monday blues) Endless employee engagement initiatives by HR Trips, parties, bonuses, appraisals - What more can an employee ask for

      Company deals in several technologies, there is so much to learn. Best thing is open door policy and smart colleagues.

      Fun activities are less, there should be fun friday atleast twice in a month.

      Hi. Thanks for your feedback. That helps us to improve a lot. We have fun activities every alternate week and we intentionally keep them on Thursdays rather than Fridays to ensure maximum participation. Fun Thursday is missed only when a larger event is planned in the same week. We welcome more suggestions to improve further.
