      Pros

      - friendly atmosphere. - good management. - most of the things are already implemented. - good career opportunities. - No communication gap between seniors,juniors,HRs and management, which is the biggest pros. - keeps employees happy through small treats, a grand Diwali celebration as compared to other companies.

      Cons

      - There is a hope of improvement in infrastructure though it's nice - Development life cycle followed here is good but need to improve - Timesheet update is an annoying process.

      1. Nice people to work with and open culture. 2. Learning a lot from fellow co-workers and colleague. 3. Learn more and utilize it in projects given. 4. The senior organization is excellent in its work and take great pride in projects. 5. Brilliant work life balance. 6. Good salaries and benefits (specially gym benefit). 7. Team lunch!

      Cons

      1. Timesheet update is an annoying process. 2. Limited office space. 3. Office timing are not flexible like they intended you to come sharp 9;30 AM in the office.
