      Learning Environment There are good opportunities to learn new technologies. As a new or mid-level engineer you may get exposure to varied tech stacks client-driven projects and possibly new domain knowledge. Work-Life Balance Working hours are not always overly demanding. It is not asked to extend your working hours in order to complete any task. Supportive Teams / Management Help is always given whenever asked. Mentors are approachable. On-boarding is smooth in many instances, colleagues are friendly. This makes for a less harsh environment, especially for new-joiners
