This company is a classic example of everything that’s wrong with corporate culture. There is zero support from management. Managers can get away with doing completely inappropriate things, and instead of holding them accountable, senior leadership protects them just because they’ve been with the company for a long time. Employees are threatened openly — either resign or be forced into a PIP that will push you out anyway. This isn’t performance management; it’s mental torture designed to break employees down until they quit. The atmosphere is built on fear, not growth. The work culture is toxic to the core. Personal grudges dictate decisions. Hard work, performance, or dedication means nothing here — there is no appreciation, no recognition, and no respect. Instead of motivating people, management uses intimidation as a tool. If you care about your career, mental health, or self-respect, avoid this company. You won’t find learning, growth, or opportunity here — only stress, frustration, and regret
