      Company seems to be doing good at getting business They recently moved into a consolidated office

      The new joinees have to beg for work. If you don't beg for work, it is assumed you are disinterested. If they think you are disinterested, they will initiate process to question your capability. They won't care about you, tell lies about you and ensure you are disrespectfully terminated.
