Pros
1. Plenty of benefits such as health/dental/vision/life insurance (including no-deductible health plan), 401k, employee discounts, etc. 2. Flexible work environment including option to work from home part of the week 3. Transparent path/timeline for promotion with expected salaries 4. Adequate equipment + office space 5. Many long-term co-workers who are friendly and willing to help out 6. Abundance of learning opportunities both in-house and through third parties (they are working on moving us over from PluralSight to Coursera)
Cons
1. In-house parking is expensive, typically $11/day 2. The company is massive and you tend to live in a bubble within your department / floor, though they do provide networking opportunities
