Pros

The Lindners are good people to work for. You can have a long career here if you desire to. Lots of smart people to contribute around you.

Cons

Sometimes management gets caught up in the latest craze is like agile/scrum which isn't really suited for a backend data warehouse environment with lots of source products in my opinion.
