Pros

Own work space. Located in Eastgate Bellevue. Ability to work from home. Encourages team building. Could starting point but not a place to want to build a long term career.

Cons

Hard to advance. Ok benefit package. Preferential treatment by some upper managers

Pros

Great culture and career development. Opportunities for growth and a lot of other employee perks.

Cons

With a lot of tenured employees and employees making a lifetime career here it may take some time to move up

Pros

Team members that became friends You could come to work and leave at 4ish and never open your laptop back up again until next day, I got promoted but I did good work and advocated for myself I enjoyed my time while there (frustrating at times) but ultimately I needed to leave to grow more.

Cons

Promote externally Lots of white men in upper management The company is at times run like a 1970s men’s club The new managers in p&c data do not listen to employees Company is always in the process of trying to use old software still need to support it and new systems. Managers in IT are hit or miss. Mark logic is current love child did they even try anything else. Old vs new employee struggles IT will need to downsize overtime and the people left will do more with less Had a string of managers Upward mobility is questionable (fine for individual contributor) good luck waiting for someone to die (some people are lifers) or retire to get into management
