      Used to be a great culture Pay/Benefits are Good Work/Life Balance is decent

      -Red Tape EVERYWHERE -Things are very slow moving and way too many people are involved in decision making. -Way too much time is spent on BS like “Change Management” and not nearly enough time spent on real work.
