Toxic environment, if there was another salon like this is Marshall, MN the staff would actually have to put client needs first, instead of forcing the clients to work around thier needs. Favoritism, rules only apply to the workers who aren't involved in the gossiping or clique. Doing your job and doing it well does not guarantee any sort of job security. Its the most toxic environment ive ever worked in, 20 years of working in salons and never have i ever experienced this type of toxicity.
