      Lots of room for improvement

      Pros

      - can meet some great people- coworkers and clients - no need for clientele - able to take classes to learn new skills

      Cons

      - if you have to restrict your schedule by any means, they will not give you full time - often times many days worked in a row with no extra pay, days off are split up typically, not together - pay is minimal - no work-life balance
