      Short hours, tips were decent

      Cons

      Owners are not hairdressers, stylists are treated like cattle, customer satisfaction does not matter only numbers, not enough stylists are scheduled to meet customer needs.

      Pros

      Hourly pay. Great customers. Paid training (if Franchisee follows through with company policy) If you follow the steps laid out by Great Clips itself, you will succeed.

      Cons

      13-17 minute cut time, Low pay (again depending on the Franchisee you work for) Managements hands being tied when it comes to working with your staff and not against them.

      Pros

      Friendly customers, nice tips, products are easy to sell, with reasonable prices for the average consumer. Hair cut sales to drive business up.

      Cons

      Must work lots of weekends. Managers can be unprofessional, must be able to cut very fast, and multi task at the same time which makes focusing on a customer difficult at best.
