Good starter job to get your foot in the door

Pros

- all of my coworkers have been really friendly and nice - most clients are really nice and don’t get mad.

Cons

- management hold you to 15 minute haircuts after 180 days of working with the company. They can fire you or demote you to a receptionist if you do not reach there time limit. - some managers have a ‘high ego’ after becoming manager. Some of them hold anything you do or any mistake over your head and get you in trouble.

Pros

The pros are you don’t have to have a following to work there. It’s definitely a fast paced business. But you know that when you start there.

Cons

Cons lets see, your definitely not valued as a person I worked for the same franchisee for 22 years was the GM for the last six and never got any bonuses worked my butt off to get all our stores fully staffed and they sold their franchise no warning no thank you for being with us that long but we’re selling. See you later..

Literally had to fill up the cash register with my own money in order to give clients change. Complete disorganization. And they rewarded us with... Pizza. How cliche
