      Pros

      30 min break, get good hours.

      Cons

      Crappy pay unless you can do a super hair cut in 9 min. Kids that scream at the top of their lungs and parents don't do anything about it. Very boring atmosphere.

      Pros

      The team environment was exceptional towards making one feel like they were part of the company goals and community supporting business area. When the learning processes were in doubt the stylists and management were there with time and hands on instructions to reinforce a positive approach and making one feel comfortable and part of the team of learned Hairstylists with the bonus of lending management skills and teaching. Each customer became a part of the family because of prior familial treatment the salon strives to create with dedication and consistency with each client. Working for them was a career decision not just a job.

      None that became a problem that could not be solved.

      The company Great Clips is a great company.

      Cons

      This location is very clicky and the staff is not good at cutting females. The manager is a pill popper and thinks she is gods gift to hair dressing. She doesn't know how to cut long hair and has no desire to learn. The stylist that have been there are close friends and talk about new stylist and make you feel out of place. If you are good they get rid of you.
