Pros
Work-Life balance, work from home, lunch provided during in-office days, travel accommodations when on business, competitive pay, positive work environment with friendly & supportive co-workers, you get multiple floating holidays, PTO is accrued quickly, business casual work attire, laptop provided for remote work, internal process for changing roles within the company, superb executive management team. They are very down to earth people who always ask for feedback and always look for ways to improve the company.
Cons
EAP could be better (but that's literally any company), must use PTO as it's earned, must get your own monitor if you want two screens. These are really nitpicky things. The company is truly a great place to work.
