High impact work you'll feel good about. Fantastic people, great opportunity to lead and grow. Evolving leadership in a direction that is very positive and looking like there will be a time of greater stability (with the acknowledgment we are in a volatile industry).

Cons

Lot's of org change and growth, which has led lack of role clarity in some instances (although signals this is improving). Needs to define and internalize a unified org culture.

It used to be full of good people working alongside each other. We were able to support each other as the organizational culture shifted and deteriorated.

Cons

Company is in the process of laying off most of its curricular talent to invest in proving its curriculum works.
