Pros
There aren't many except. your co-workers. The pay is decent, but it's not an offset for the corporate greed you face.
Cons
Time off is a joke. If you are out of time off from being sick and you are still ill they want you to come to work, but if you aren't working fast enough while sick they write you up. If you physically get hurt on the floor they want you to return to work before being checked out, even if you have to see a Workmans comp doctor later they maintain they made the right choice. if you don't return to the floor they take your time off or again write you up. If you have kids I hope you enjoy never seeing them.
