I would not recommend working here based on my experience. Management did not foster a fair or transparent workplace. During my employment, I experienced what I believe was a coordinated effort by two longer-tenured employees to undermine my credibility. Rather than conducting a thorough and impartial investigation into the conflicting accounts, management accepted their version of events without giving meaningful consideration to mine. I was ultimately terminated based on allegations that I believe were false and exaggerated. The process felt predetermined, and I was not given a genuine opportunity to respond to the claims or present evidence in my defense. My biggest concern is the company culture. If interpersonal conflicts arise, there does not appear to be a reliable process for objectively determining the facts. Employees who have been with the company longer may carry more influence than newer employees, regardless of the evidence. Cons: Lack of transparency, inconsistent accountability, inadequate investigation of employee disputes, and a workplace culture that, in my experience, did not prioritize fairness.
