Toxic culture and bullying overshadow skill development

Pros

Some good skill development over the years. Not worth it in how it all ended though.

Cons

My review is in relation to the marketing team. Who I’m aware all of the people my review is about, are still there. Horrendous culture, bullying, blatant favouritism. I have documented the whole 6 month ordeal. Still recovering from the trauma and treatment. Think twice. The marketing team, head of and certain senior managers are nasty. The toll the experiences took on my mental health is something I will never forget.
