Employees gain rapid access and vast knowledge of various business units in a short period of time.

Cons

Low Pay. Lies about rapid advancement. No upward mobility within the next 20 years. Pay ceiling. Management is very quick to remind you to stay in your place and don't ask for anything. Company is located in small town Alabama. All locations are in the middle of nowhere!

The company management are greedy, self indulging, and have zero integrity. Harassment is not taken seriously at the company and this is not an equal opportunity employer. This company does not care about their employees. They only "fake it to make it".
