      Pros

      IF you get lucky enough to have a great team, you're set.

      Cons

      "Bonus" structure is left to be desired and the company bases your salary on it (80% salary and 20% bonus) so the term "bonus" is bogus. Salaries based on market are also on the lower end.

      Good training and convenient and flexible work schedule.

      Pay is low Customer service not the greatest

      Pros

      Work with great people at a privately held company with a local owner. Employees get the opportunity to get involved with projects early on when they show their ability to manage their day-to-day responsibilities well.

      Cons

      Not competitive salary for current employees and very difficult to get a market alignment salary review. Very proud of their past success (which they should be) and have strong focus on that within the organization. This leads to slow adaptation to any changes throughout the organization because the thought that what has been done should continue to work.
