Pros

I feel like I have another family here Constant events to keep you engaged in and outside of work hours (if you want to take advantage of them) I've made life long friends Great opportunity for growth Free parking in the garage Starbucks in the building with good food! Awesome breakroom Food days all the time Security in place

Cons

I had to look around trying to think of some. I'm sure there are some. GreatAmerica does a great job of testing you to find out where you would fit skill wise and personality wise. I suppose sometimes that they get the results wrong and the fit isn't perfect, but with how fast we grow and how great our retention is, I can't imagine it's too frequently.

Pros

Great company culture, almost always promoting from within and encouraging team members to take on new roles, responsibilities.

Cons

Not very technologically advanced, at risk of losing ground to competition with unwillingness to improve web presence.
