It's a good work environment. You can make your own schedule. You get to really interact with clients and feel you are making a difference.

Cons

It felt a little unsafe having to go through 2 locked doors to get to my office. High turnover with the case management teams. Not the greatest location to work.

It's a job where you can make a difference in someone's life. Opportunity for growth all the time and you get the opportunity to network with other professionals.

Cons

Like most would say the con of working in human services or social work, the pay is not enough. Period.
