With any workplace and job there are pros and cons but with working here it truly is amazing how awesome all the employees are at this plant it is like a family away from home. So even on the most hardest, tiring, spontaneous days the people that you work with and communicate with make the days go by quick and makes the place a great place to work. Words of advice to any new employee give it time and every day is a new day. There are allot of things to learn and some times it truly takes time and a person to be willing to learn and don’t be afraid to ask questions. With that some jobs can be manual labor, some can get dirty, some can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Personally think almost anyone can do these jobs if they are willing to learn, be reliable, and give it time! After giving it time there is opportunities to where you can transfer to a new position and or another department whether it’s just because you want to learn/widen your horizons onto more things or if you feel like it’s not the right position for yourself.
