made alot of friends, made good money

Cons

hot dirty work, dirty air, hard to breathe. didn't care for employees building is falling down around employees, making it hard to work.

During the summer, we prioritize heat safety by providing hydration stations, electrolyte popsicles, cooling stations, cooling vests, cooling towels, etc. We invest in equipment to improve the air quality in our foundries.We are continuing to invest in our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe work environment for all.
