Pros

The culture here is nice, there's always plenty to do so you feel valued and needed. I work in IT and our IT Director is amazing, a great Boss and really good at making you feel heard and valued.

Cons

Grede doesn't like to pay top dollar for anything though, so if you are looking for a certain salary make sure you get it up front, merit increases are only 1-4% and getting 4% is pretty impossible so it's slow. The health insurance is OK but not fantastic. Still better than paying out of pocket.
